Shipping & Returns - Terms & Conditions

 

 Shipping

  •  Unless otherwise stated (store closures, store down for maintenance, holidays, etc), we will usually ship on the same business day on standard orders - this means items leave our warehouse within 24 hours upon receiving payment of your order.

  • Please make sure your order is complete and accurate before submitting. We cannot change mail to address, add to, omit, edit, cancel, make partial refunds, add in coupon codes or combine orders once they have been placed.

  • We offer a low flat rate shipping cost for all orders. Flat rate shipping orders will be sent via a carrier of our choice, usually USPS or UPS.
  • Occasionally we offer free shipping specials. Free ship orders may take 2-3 business days to process and will be sent via a carrier of our choice.

  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

  •  In the rare event an item or items on your order are damaged during the shipping process, you must contact us within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  •  We ship using reused, re-purposed and recycled materials whenever possible.

 

 Returns Policy

  •  This holiday season, any new, unopened purchased items made between November 15 and December 25 can be returned until January 03, 2025.

  • You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. You can physically return items to the store or through a shipping carrier.

  • All digital products like e-books and information sheets are NOT refundable.
  • Buyer pays return shipping. Tracking is recommended for return shipments, we are not responsible for lost return shipments. In the rare event we sent you the wrong product, we will pay for the return shipping. 

  • Any customer requesting to cancel an order that is due to no fault of our own will be charged a 10% restocking fee on the entire order amount or offered a store credit.  
  • If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
